Power Line Communication

Power-line communication (PLC), also known as power-line carrier, is one of the communication technologies that uses electrical wiring to carry both data and transmit alternating current (AC) electricity. PLC technology thus enables data transmission on existing electrical power lines, saving costs by eliminating the need to install new wires.
